Either dull and wet or bloody freezing. One in six Xmas's should be white. Very short days!

Chilly. Dull or dark. Probably windy.  Usually raining or trying to snow horizontally.

Frosty mornings. Might see the sun for a minute. Cold, of course. Possibly a flake of snow.

Chilly starts, still cold days, but usually bright enough. Hail or sleet shower at 2:30pm.

Yes, it's still fairly cold. Light showers with sunshine in between

Should be sunny and if you're lucky, dry and pleasant. This is probably the best month to visit. No midgies yet!

Mixed bag, might be dry and pleasantly warm. might be dull and wet. Loads and loads of daylight though.

Occasionally warm summer days, but often wet and muggy.

Mild, but has its occasional thundery shower when things get too warm.

Might get one good day, otherwise it's cloudy with drizzle not far away. Not too cold yet though.

Wet and breezy or damp and misty.

Wet and windy. Dull and chilly.
